WELCOME TO THE MOON JELLY "RESPIRATORY" SYSTEM
Oxygen is extremely important. You need oxygen to survive; breath. The moon jellies respiratory system is different then ours. They use cellular respiration. Since the moon jelly lives in water it breathes through diffusion, which is the movement of particles from high concentration to low concentration. Due to their skin being thin water is able to move through it by diffusion . HOW COOL IS THAT!! Moon jellies dont swim they simply flow with the current which means they are constanly using diffusion to breathe.
_Diffusion: First water enters the (bell, head) umbrella .Then, passes through the endoderm > stomach> radial canal > and

BACKGROUND ON CELLULAR RESPIRTION
Cellular rspiration is a process controled by cells which releace energy from chemical bonds. Atp is a source
energy . The process of cellular respiration starts from glucose (the energy sorce) to ATP. Between these stages the brakage of ATP occurs. First there are two phosphate groups that are known to be ADP then a third phosphate is added to make an ATP molecule . The third phosphate breaks away and energy is released fron the broken bond.
